Antique broadside of "Lamentos del Gral. D. Bernardo Reyes En la Prision Militar de Santiago Tlatelolco" (Regrets of General Bernardo Reyes at the Santiago Tlatelolco Military Prison) Published by Antonio Vanegas Arroyo in Mexico City in 1912. General Bernardo Doroteo Reyes led a rebellion against President Francisco Madero at the end of the Mexican Revolution and was imprisoned along with another General by the name of Felix Diaz. A year after this broadside was printed, Diaz and Reyes staged a coup de'etat against the President which resulted in Diaz, Reyes and many civilians dead in what history calls the Ten Tragic Days.
