Severiano Bautista Duran (1960)

Born on February 21, 1960 in Huajintepec, a town near Ometepec, Guerrero, Mexico. He grew up in the village but moved when he went on to the Universidad Autonoma de Guerrero where he studied oil painting. In 1985 he became a professor of the Art Workshop at his alma matter.
