Florentino Bellota

Florentino Bellota is a painter from Cusco, Peru. His work which mainly consists of expertly made watercolors is of a style called costumbrista, which evokes the landscapes and colors of his hometown. He was awarded honorable mention in 1981, 1984 and 1985 at the salon of the Instituto Cultural Peruano Norteamericano, and acquisition prize from the same pageant in 1987. His work is part of the Museo Itinerante del Buque Mollendo en Peru.
